The Guest Services department at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha strives to provide exceptional service to all our guests, including those guests with disabilities and special needs. TD Ameritrade Park Omaha recognizes the needs of those with disabilities and has met or exceeded the requirements of compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). TD Ameritrade Park Omaha provides a full range of accommodations for guests with disabilities to ensure their safety, comfort and enjoyment of all our events. The sections below highlight our services that TD Ameritrade Park Omaha provides.
Accessible parking is available in all MECA managed surface lots. These spaces, including van-accessible spaces, are designated for vehicles displaying a current state-issued hangtag or license plate. Drop-off and pick-up locations for guests are located along 12th and Mike Fahey Street on the South side of the facility by Gate #2. Accessible spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis so please plan accordingly.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD)
TD Ameritrade Park Omaha is equipped with an Assistive Listening System. Receivers are available for events. Guests who are interested in this service should visit Guest Services outside of Section 113 on the Concourse Level. Guests will be required to leave valid identification such as a driver’s license as collateral. This is a complimentary service and may not be available.
Closed Captioning Services
TD Ameritrade Park Omaha is equipped with a Closed Captioning System. A limited number of mobile devices are available. The mobile devices will transmit communications made through the stadium’s public address system. Guests who are interested in this service can either get a tablet at Guest Services, or go to https://www.eegicap.com/captioncast/ on your mobile device. The event code is available at Guest Services. This is a complimentary service and may not be available for all events.
Elevators/General Admission Ramp
TD Ameritrade Park Omaha is equipped with elevators and a ramp that accesses all public areas of the facility. An elevator is located outside of Gate #2 near the Box Office. An elevator is also located at the Suite/Club Entrance along 13th Street. The ramp is located outside of Gate #3 and can be utilized using reserved or general admission tickets.
Induction Loop Hearing System
TD Ameritrade Park Omaha is equipped with an Induction Loop Hearing System in Sections 109, 115 and 130. Guests who are interested in this service must have a telecoil-equipped hearing aid. For more information visit Guest Services.
All restroom facilities at TD Ameritrade Park Omaha are accessible. In addition, we have family/unisex restrooms available.
Accessible seating is available for guests throughout the facility. TD Ameritrade Park Omaha provides companion seating in every price level for each seat reserved for a guest with a disability. Accessible seating is available through Ticketmaster and the TD Ameritrade Park Omaha Box Office. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate that you require accessible seating so we can properly seat you. Service Animals / Guide Dogs
Service animals are welcome in TD Ameritrade Park Omaha and will rest in the seating area of the guest, rather than in the aisle. Guests must have proof of certification or a license for the service animal. Please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be selected to accommodate your service animal.
Sign Language Interpreters
TD Ameritrade Park Omaha is pleased to provide signed performances for our hearing-impaired guests for select events. Interpretation services are not guaranteed for every event; however, we will make every effort to accommodate each request with appropriate advance notice, at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. All ticket purchasers, including ADA guests, may access ticketmaster.com or call 1-800-745-3000.
All guests, including those with disabilities, are welcome and encouraged to contact our Guest Services department ahead of time. Guests may also call the Nebraska Relay Center at 711. The Relay Center will then place the call to us and we will be happy to communicate through the relay service. A TTY phone is located at Guest Services.
Our Guest Services department provides complimentary wheelchair escorts to guests upon request. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event. To request a wheelchair escort, please notify event staff upon arrival.
For guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their wheelchair, we encourage guests to store their wheelchair at the top of their section. Please see the usher at your section who will assist with this request.
